INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILE WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
COMPLAINT INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ALONGSIDE THE FACILITY'S ROUTINE INSPECTION. DURING THE INSPECTION, NO LIVE PESTS WERE FOUND. BAIT STATIONS WERE OBSERVED THROUGH OUT THE FACILITY. THIS FACILITY DOES HAVE A PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT AGENCY THAT SERVICES THE RESTAURANT ONCE A WEEK AND ACTIVELY UNDERTAKES PEST CONTROL SURVEILLANCE. A REVIEW OF PAST PEST CONTROL INSPECTION REPORTS CONFIRMS THAT PEST CONTROL ACTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN. THE FACILITY SHALL INFORM THEIR PEST CONTROL AGENCY OF THE PESTS NOTED IN THE COMPLAINT AND A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WILL OCCUR ON MAY 25, 2023 TO ENSURE RECOMMENDED ACTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN. |
